Shipping Policy
Postal Cut-off Time for Same-Day Dispatch:

4 PM, Monday – Friday
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Please note that large or complex orders placed late in the day (around 3 PM onwards) may be dispatched the following day if we have a high volume of orders.
For those using the Tracked 48 service, there may be occasions where, for operational reasons, these orders are dispatched a day later as Tracked24, ensuring you receive them at the same arrival time.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email after your order has been picked and dispatched, typically between 3 PM and 4:30 PM on weekdays. If you have not received your tracking number by 5 PM on the day of dispatch, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you still cannot find it, feel free to send us a message.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy
For unwanted items or if you've changed your mind, we do not provide a pre-paid return service. We accept returns of unused items, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to us via email to arrange the return.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of receipt for full support.
